🎯 Objective:

To help you record your daily work hours accurately using the Timesheet feature in CA Cloud Desk, ensuring better tracking of productivity and billable hours.


⏱️ How to Fill the Timesheet

  1. On the left panel, click the ‘+ Add’ button and select Timesheet.

  2. Fill in the following details:

    • Start Time*

    • End Time*

    • Task – Select from your ongoing tasks

    • Customer – Choose the client the task relates to

    • Branch* – Select your office branch

    • Service – Select the type of work (e.g., ITR, GST, Audit)

    • Remark – Add any notes if required

    • Billable

      • ✅ Check if the work generates revenue (e.g., client work)

      • ❌ Leave unchecked for non-billable work (e.g., internal meetings, document sharing)


📊 Timesheet Dashboard Features

  • View your organization’s expectations vs. your daily input.

  • Use the Edit option to update any entry.

  • Download a complete timesheet report in Excel format for personal or manager use.


💡 Tips:

  • Fill timesheets daily to maintain accuracy.

  • Always mark billable vs. non-billable correctly for better resource planning.

  • Keep remarks clear to explain the nature of the task.
